This Privacy Policy explains how G.G Automation & AI ("G.G", "we", "us"), operated by Gil Gershovich (sole proprietor, business no. 301544706, Israel), collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our website gershovich.dev and with our automated assistant ("Gili") across our website chat, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages.

By messaging us on Messenger or Instagram, or by using the chat or contact form on our website, you consent to the practices described here.

Who we are

G.G Automation & AI is an Israeli automation and AI consultancy. Our data controller is Gil Gershovich, Ha-Shkedim 10/12, Kiryat Bialik, Israel. You can reach us at hello@gershovich.dev.

Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

  • Messaging content: the messages you send us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, our website chat, or WhatsApp, and our replies.
  • Platform identifiers: the page-scoped ID (PSID) or Instagram-scoped ID (IGSID) that Meta provides so we can continue a conversation with you. We do not receive your password or your full Facebook/Instagram profile.
  • Contact details you provide: name, email address, phone number, a description of your project, and your budget range when you fill in our contact form or share them in conversation.
  • Technical and attribution data: pages visited, referring URL, UTM campaign parameters, approximate engagement signals, and a session identifier — used to understand which channel a lead came from.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide a sales conversation with our automated assistant.
  • To prepare price estimates, proposals, and contracts you request.
  • To follow up about your project (within Israeli anti-spam law: 08:00–22:00 local time, with an opt-out in every automated message).
  • To improve our service and the quality of the assistant.

How Messenger and Instagram data is used

When you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta delivers your message to our webhook. We use it solely to read your enquiry and send you a reply through the same channel. We do not use Messenger or Instagram data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties. Message content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate the reply.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small set of trusted processors strictly to operate the service. Each acts on our instructions:

  • Meta Platforms — Messenger / Instagram message delivery.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — generating the assistant’s replies.
  • Supabase — secure database storage of conversations and contacts (EU region).
  • Vercel & Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, and content delivery.
  • Resend — sending email replies.
  • HubSpot — customer relationship management.
  • Twilio — WhatsApp notifications to the business owner.
  • Slack — internal lead notifications to the business owner.

Data retention

We keep conversation and contact records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our ongoing business relationship, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" and our Data Deletion page).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop receiving messages from us. To opt out of automated messages, reply "STOP" (or "הסר") at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@gershovich.dev.

Security

Data is stored in an access-controlled EU-hosted database with encryption in transit. Access is limited to the business owner.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16.
