Data Deletion Instructions

G.G Automation & AI ("Gili" assistant) lets you request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any messages exchanged via Facebook Messenger or Instagram.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of these ways:

  • Email hello@gershovich.dev from the address you contacted us with, or include the email/phone you used, with the subject "Delete my data".
  • Reply "DELETE" (or "מחק") in the Messenger / Instagram / WhatsApp conversation you had with us.
  • Message +972-52-455-2697 on WhatsApp asking us to delete your data.

What happens next

We will verify the request and permanently delete your conversation history, contact details, and platform identifiers (PSID / IGSID) from our database and from our connected service providers (HubSpot, Slack message history where applicable) within 30 days. We will confirm once it is done.

What we cannot delete

We cannot delete data held independently by Meta on Facebook or Instagram — manage that through your Facebook/Instagram account settings. We may retain minimal records where required by Israeli tax or accounting law.
